Albert Investments - Horrible Company

I tried setting up an account with them well over a year ago, but was unsuccessful because it kept saying they couldn't confirm my identity. Several attempts to contact them were also unsuccessful.

The phone number listed is only a recording telling you to either email or text them.

No one ever answers the email and it takes over 20 minutes for each response via text, which includes repeating myself over and over and being subjected to the third degree. The reason for me trying to contact them is because out of the blue, my account was charged $9.99 when there wasn't even an active account.

They charged me for two different Albert accounts and then asked for my information. They only told me to contact them from my Albert account linked to one email, and then said that I needed help logging in.

I kept telling them I only have one Albert account, and I didn't authorize them to pull money from my savings. I never agreed to connect my savings account; I only agreed to connect my checking account. However, they took money from my savings. Basically, they stole my money and I can't even talk to the live agents without them sending me in circles.

I want my money back with all the charges that were made for the second account I never had. I know they wouldn't be happy if all of us, who had this done to, stole money from their accounts. I bet the CEO or owner of Albert wouldn't like it if all of us hacked into their personal bank accounts and took money. No, they wouldn't.

I am mad and I am reporting them to the BBB. I am disputing every charge with my bank's chargeback department. I am glad I screenshotted the entire conversation with the live agent where they stated I had another account, which I didn't have. I was wondering why I was being double charged $14.99 every month, and $10.99 with the $14.99 x 2.

Now I can prove they have committed fraud. I screenshotted where only my checking account is listed as a payment method.

They never got my authorization to have my savings account connected. I want my money back with interest, now.

Eronious charges

I am being charged $14.99 from Albert, then $8. I have no services with you and I want the charges stopped and refunded!

Preferred solution: Why am I getting charged random fees? I no longer subscribe to the services. Both my accounts are being hit with these fees I want it to stop and be refunded.

They have refused every attempt I've made to get contact with them

This is your final notice before I file legal action for illegally signing me up for Albert genius with fees without my consent you have 24 hours to return the money that you withdrew out of my account or I will be filing not just legal action on my behalf of myself but I will most likely be consulting lawyers to talk about a class action litigation for defrauding the FDIC and defrauding your customers I am not joking about this and I am forwarding all the correspondence between me and Albert and the proof that they withdrew money from my account when I didn't sign up for it to every lawyer I can think of that would deal with it and seeing who will take the case and if a class action gets filed I say everyone coming sign on the this has happened to but if you've not signed up with Albert don't!

Stole my money out my savings. I never authorized Albert to get payment or access to my savings account. I am going to contact the BBB about them.

Also walmart had a hold of 33.20 more than what my purchase was. Walmart released the funds of the 33.20 but Albert never gave it back to me.
